Ballroon Dancing Classes Offered
BALLROOM DANCING CLASSES OFFERED
Do the success of our first session, Sioux City Parks & Recreation is excited to once again offer Ballroom Dancing Classes! Grab your dancing shoes and your partner, and join our Ballroom Dancing class. Sioux City Parks and Recreation is teaming with Contemporary Dance Studio to offer a 5 week Beginning Ballroom Dancing class.
Participants will learn a few basic steps in 3 or 4 different dances. This enables a couple to dance to almost any variety of music. In addition to learning footwork patterns, the men will learn basic leading skills and the ladies will learn basic skills for following their partner. The cost for the program is only $80 per couple. Classes begin on Wednesday, March 3rd at 7pm and run one hour at the Long Lines Family Recreation Center. Register by couple. Sorry, there will be no makeup classes.
