Jones Street Neighborhood Event
Midtown Family Community Center and the Jones Street Neighborhood Coalition will be hosting a neighborhood event on February 23rd from 5pm to 7pm at 525 14th St. Food will be served at 5:30pm. We will be giving away door prizes and having a neighborhood meeting. The youth night 4H kids will be performing a short skit about comedy in the classroom. A few booths will be set up with different activities for the kids to enjoy.
Youth night events are held each Tuesday and Thursday from 5-7:45 p.m. Youth in grades K-12th are welcome to join us. Volunteers are also needed during this time to monitor the computer lab, library, and the gym. Midtown is a registered Disney “Give a Day” agency. If interested in volunteering or finding out more about earning a ticket to a Disney Park please call 224-3363 and ask for Brandy.
