FISCAL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
The members of the advisory committee shall serve for a term of three years. Initial terms shall be as follows: four members for three years, four members for two years, and two members for one year. The advisory committee shall prepare recommendations and submit them to the City Council based on requests from the City Council relating to current community concerns. Examples of those requests may include: assistance with reviewing financial forecasting information, cost allocations, fees for services, budgets, performance measures, and the annual audit. The role is advisory only.

MEMBERSHIP: The Fiscal Management Committee shall consist of nine members including one member of the Tax Research Conference and at least two financial managers and/or certified public accountants. Must be qualified resident electors.
